Peach Swiss Roll

Selamat bertemu kembali..apa khabar semua? tengah  buat ape tu? jangan2 semua dah masuk tidor ni.Oh ya,ni sebenarnya dah buat berapa hari yg lalu,tapi tertunda lagi sebab line tak ok..jadi susah nak siapkan kerja...







Kek gulung ni sangat sedap sebab adunan dia menggunakan buah peach,jadi cuba bayangkan betapa enaknya dapat menikmati kek yang lembut gebus berintikan nutella..yummy..yummy.Oklah,ni aje yang Rahel nak bagitau korang semua..harap sudi mencuba..dijamin sedap hingga tak cukup kalau buat satu gulung kek jer..hehe..

Peach Swiss Roll
Resepi:Kevin Chai

Egg Yolk Batter:
2 egg yolk
90g canned peaches
20ml peach syrup
2 tbsp corn oil
1 tbsp caster sugar
60g self-raising flour

Egg white foam:
2 egg white
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
40g caster sugar

Method:
1.To make egg yolk batter,blend 80g peach with syrup until fine.Dice the
   rest of peach slices.
2.Combine with the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl until forms batter.
3.To make egg white foam,beat egg whites and cream of tartar until mixture
   forms solf peak.Gradually add in sugar,beating at high speed until frothy &
   stiff peak form.
4.Gently fold beaten egg white foam into egg yolk batter until blended.
5.Pour batter into ungreased 8-in pan.Bake in preheated oven at 170'C for
   30 minutes or until cooked.
6.Remove from oven,invert cake onto table until completely cooled.

  1. salam rahel...Liza ni kalau bab swiss roll ni mmg fail la..selalu pecah jer masa gulung kek tu...ada tips tak nk bg gulungan tu cantik cm Rahel buat?

    Rahel pun tak pakar sangat bab menggulung kek ni..berdebar-debar jugak time buat kek gulung..takut pecah tapi klu adunan kek tu ialah adunan kek sifon memang jarang pecah/patah,melainkan guna adunan kek span..kebanyakan keras sikit texture kek jd mudah patah.
